Rapid development of Chinese economy increased the role and function of the logistics hub in the Far-east Asian countries. Moreover, the function of logistics hub changed from the trans-shipment into the value-creative GSCM (global supply chain management). Moreover, Korea is well known with its competitive IT industries. If these two concepts of Meta-mediary Logistics Hub and IT industries are combined, the resulting solution could be the techno-port. It is well-composed with three layers. First layer as the tele-port implies the ubiquitous infrastructure for the techno-port. Second layer of the techno-port consists with the key factors of IT cluster. Third layer of the techno-port could be the networking platform for the one-stop, single-service solution for the GSCM. The strategies and suggestions are proposed for these three layers of the techno-port.
