UCP600 came into effect, and the up-to-date version of ISBP, which is ISBP 2007, was established to bring its contents in line with the substance and style of the new rules. ISBP 2007 is not a revision of UCP 600, but a regulation of how documentary practitioners should apply the practices articulated in UCP 600.
Therefore, this research examined multimodal transport document in a general principles, and looked into the amended contents of acceptance requirement which UCP600 stipulates concerning multimodal transport document. It also proposed acceptable requirements of multimodal transport document with the regulations of ISBP 2007 which is to reduce the discord of the general principles of UCP600 and the letter of credit operations.
