This study aimed to develop priorities of alternative selection attributes of Golf Resorts Services, based on relative assignments rather than absolute assignments on the selection attributes, using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology. In the course of the analysis, sample survey was carried out to 31 customers. This data has been technically analyzed by Expert Choice 11 that has been used for an analytical hierarchy process.
As a result, it is decided that 'Golf Course & Facilities' had higher priority than ‘Service Operation’ in the second level of evaluation items. In the third level of ‘Service Operation’ evaluation items, ‘Fare’ was ranked No.1, ‘Reservation’ was second, ‘Caddie’ was third, ‘Staff’ was forth, and ‘Food & Drink’ was fifth, and in ‘Golf Course & Facility’, ‘Accessibility’ was ranked No. 1, ‘Course Management’ was second, ‘Course Formation’ was third, ‘Club Image’ was forth, ‘Course Gardening’ was fifth, and ‘Club House’ was sixth. In the total range of third level of evaluation items, ‘Accessibility’ was ranked No. 1, ‘Course Management’ was second, ‘Course Formation’ was third, ‘Fare’ was forth, ‘Reservation’ was fifth, ‘Caddie’ was sixth, ‘Club Image’ was seventh, ‘Course Gardening’ was eighth, ‘Club House’ was ninth, ‘Staff’ was tenth, and ‘Food & Drink’ was the last.
