We have studied each theory of movement principal, Poombarbgi (hypogastric center and arch) and center of gravity as a way to access principal of Taekkyon Poombarbgi (Stepping). The conclusion for the studies is as follows: Movement principal of Taekkyon is based on hypogastric parts. Unique Stepping of Poombarbgi contain profound offense and defense skills, so conversion of offense and defense motion is made within its Stepping. Therefore, Taekkyon does not have additional defense motion. Also, every kick skill of Taekkyon is originated from hypogastric parts and makes the body fully stretched; and various physical principals are concentrated in these kick skills. A Neungchung motion (sly motion) which throws out low parts of abdomen by pushing the hips forward after wriggling the entire body (Gumsil) while backing upper body is the similar physical mechanism of physical exercise in Western. First, the movement is making kicks like arrows from fully drawn bow by fully stretching entire body. Second, it is to concentrate all the powers at tiptoes that come from reaction of backing entire body. Poombarbgi is outcome of arch and reaction; in the kick skills of Taekkyon, Neungchung motions (sly motions) come under these actions. The shape of foot stepping on the ground by forwarding abdomen through Neungchung motion is arch shape, and then put the powers coming from reaction while backing the upper body. Reason to do practice Poombarbgi is as follows: First, to make trainees be accustomed with offense and defense through Poombarbgi. Second, to make trainees be accustomed with Oguemjil (bending and stretching knees), the beginning of every kick skills, through Poombarbgi. Third, it is to gather Ki while kicking. Unlike the Western physical theories, the center of gravity in Taekkyon does not move; it is always in the hypogastric center. Every movement is not only naturally expressed on the basis of hypogastric center but also naturally emitting concentrated Ki while concentrating Ki on the tiptoe and through offense movement. By throwing out hips while making Taekkyon Poombarbgi, low parts of abdomen is naturally forwarded to front side and make a Neungchung motion. Tiger Woods' hip rotating motion is the same style of Neungchung motion in Taekkyon Poombarbgi.
