The Purpose of this study is to verify the differences of the exercise addiction according to the participation degree of the squash club participants. We selected 533 club participants who had consistently taken part in the squash programs of the sport facilities in Suwon. The differences of exercise addiction were verified by the one-way ANOVA according to the general variables and participation degree.
Our conclusion could be stated : In the verification of the exercise addiction differences according to the general variables and participation, attachment factor has a great effect. And in the exercise addiction according to the sex, male is higher on the attachment, tolerance, obsession and conflict factor. Exercise addiction according to the age, more 41 year-old-group is significantly higher than under 30 years and 31 to 40 year-old-group on the attachment factor. Exercise addiction according to the job, etc group, student and managerial post is high on the conflict factor. Comparing with labor and student, on the obsession factor, etc group, managerial post, clerical post, housewife and professional are significantly high. Exercise addiction according to participation years, more 3 years group is significantly high on the withdrawal symptom, conflict, tolerance and obsession factor. Exercise addiction according to the participation frequency, more 3 times a week group is significantly higher than less 3 times a week group. Exercise addiction according to the intensity, more 2 hours group is significantly higher than less 2 hours group on the conflict and tolerance factor.
