The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of 12weeks rotate exercise on balance in male collegian. The subjects were divided into two groups; exercise group(n=10), control group(n=10). In exercise group, rotate exercise were performed 30minutes a day, 3 times a week during the 12weeks program. This study were measured a LBM, balance, laterality(left and right, front and back) and dynamic balance. The results were as follows :
First, the significant increased on LBM in all groups, but no significant differences found between groups. Second, there are no significant differences reveled between groups in left and right laterality and in variation between left and right. Third, after 12weeks, significantly increased on balance in exercise group and compared to control groups after the training. Forth, there are no significant differences showed between groups in front and back laterality and in variation between front and back. Fifth, dynamic balance was increased in exercise group, and that of compared to control groups after the 12weeks training. Consequently, rotate exercise was effect on balance and dynamic balance by improve of laterality(left and right, front and back).
