Structural information in protein protein interactions/networks (PPI) is one of the most significant molecular mechanisms in a biological cell. Traditional topological analysis for such networks can be used for estimating the function of unknown proteins. We propose a new technique for annotating functionally similar proteins and modules with high confidence in protein protein interaction networks. Although there have been many approaches, it's still challenging tasks to predict the function of unknown proteins and to find out functional modules from the PPI networks. We verified that functional modules in terms of orthologs are very useful concept in our technique. Proposed technique shows 88% conservation rate in a result.
