The primary purpose of this article is to discover whether or not God, Jesus Christ, and their messengers really used the same rhetorical skills and whether or not those rhetorical skills are really useful tools for effective preaching.
In the first part, we studied that whether in speech and preaching, affirmative content should be presented first, followed by negative content. It is concluded that after beginning a preacher's message with affirmative content, negative content should follow.
In the second part, we examined whether audience analysis is essential or not. It is concluded that a preacher should consider not only his message, but audience analysis, as well.
In the third part, we reviewed whether or not identification with one's audience is essential for effective preaching, It is concluded that identification with audience is a very useful skill.
We, therefore, conclude that delivering negative content after affirmative content, analysing the audience, and using identification with the audience are three important skills for effective preaching.
