the Government e-Procurement System(GePS) propelled by core business of electron government implementation business from purchase request to price payment all procurement procedures on-line changing, it is kind of system that develop G2B's supply single window giving services to Samsung SDI in the Public Procurement Service(PPS) to provide mortification one-stop procurement service for public institution and supply company's all user.
procurement procedures administration system is taken a triangular position again through this and epoch-making curtailment and efficiency of procurement procedures administration and lucency of public institution are raised for the Government's outlay on procurement by number of efficient business that follow in procurement business system normalized becomes possible and quick processing of procurement business becomes available by abolition of preparatory document and minimization of government office visit that supply company ensues in one time registration.
Approach in side that is procurement connection system improved with procurement connection statute revised and examined this Government e-Procurement System(GePS) in this treatise.
This research may become research that can secure the country and administration business processing mode of local government, especially legal stability about social truth relation that is supply administration and categorical ness that change from off-line to on-line to users who use public institution and supply company's Government e-Procurement System(GePS).
