The sports field is also changing in response to information. The government has been investing 30 billion dollars from 1996 to 2010 for the standardization of information, construction of information system including sports for all, and construction of spreading network of physical information.
The object of this study is to suggest efficient use of time and budget, and effective development of system through the standardization plan for construction of new web-based instrument development. For this purpose, I performed interview with sports web-marketing specialist, scholar of sports industry and sports information, and specialist of sports management information. And, for the analysis of systematic infra, I tried the analysis of present condition of Asian internet status and used the literature consideration. Also I analysed the 4th generation object oriented programings including Visual basic, Visual C++, Delphi, Power Build, examined the data analysis, and applicated the data of dissertation and essay for investigation of preceding studies.
The results are follows. The software system should be developed with coding through the establishment of logical, exterior, and interior schema of sports web marketing. The process of sports web marketing should be developed with the established schema. The development of standard exercise program for sports web marketing should be done with instrument. The professional software development for sports web marketing should be done with the instrument. And, subdivision of high-grade information for sports web marketing should be done with based on the basic process. The new paradigm based on this process should be developed to the Korean physical program through the data mining.
