This article purposes to search how does the Park Chin-Sun's recognition influence on the Korean national liberation movement while considering the formation of his idea and process of turning about ‘National-Colonial Question’. In order to approach this problem while analysing and comparing the differences between Lenin and Roy, first I consider the formation of its conception on Park Chin-Sun who was an Ideologue of Korean Socialist Party and participated in a member of council of the national and colonial question and how does Lenin and Roy influence on Park's idea and second, I research since the second congress of Korean Socialist Party in April 1919, how does change his attitude on the national bourgeoisie.
In order to attain these aims I analyze Park's two writings, i.e., “The Socialist Movement in Korea”(1919), “The Revolutionary East and the Next Task of the Comintern”(1920) and a document, his addressing in the Second Congress of Communist International a document, I lead to the conclusion as Park's agrarian revolution theory is similar to Lenin's ‘the road of non-capitalistic development'. And I suggest that Park Chin-Sun is much affected by M.N.Roy's ‘East-Centered Revolution’ who supplies important strategies of colonial liberation, then he differ from Roy in respect to ‘the solidarity between Communist West and Revolutionary East’. Then I try to present a clue on the relation between Park's ‘nationalcolonial question’ and the strategy of Korean national liberation movement.
