This study wants to know what factor affects to the facilitysocialization according to the duty-satisfaction who work at handicapped’ living facility and also propose the practical social welfare factor for the social unification. To accomplish the study, 117 people who work at 4 handicapped facilities in kyungbuk area above all mentally retarded were asked to the questionnaire. First, people who work at handicapped’ facility recognize the overall duty-satisfaction level is little bit higher than normal. (High level: 5point, Lower level: 1 point, Middle level: 3 point) The other things are like this. Colleague factor is very high, next is duty, senior official, former occupation-change of occupation, facility, reward, promotion. This is similar to Lee(2007),s study’s field satisfaction order colleague(3.77), duty(3.71), former occupation-change of occupation(3.65), higher official(3.49), facility(3.29), reward(2.83), promotion(2.55) Above all, satisfaction of colleague shows very high, reward and promotion is little bit lower than the middle has the similar results. Also Rou(1999)'s study : the relation with the social workers’ duty-stress and duty-satisfaction, it shows that all those who questioned’ duty-satisfaction is 3.16(consider high level is 5), at the duty-satisfaction’s lower factor, higher satisfactions is like this colleague, duty, higher official, former occupation- change of occupation, organization, promotion, reward. And it’s similar results like this study. Park(2001)’ study also shows the colleague factor is very high at the duty-satisfaction. Consider this, if one can provide the plan to improve the fellowship who work at facility, one can improve the level of duty-satisfaction. Also, socialization of the handicapped’ living facility shows higher level than the standard and next socialization of management, facility and faculty. It is similar results of Gag(2006)’s study, the results are overall socialization level 3.36/ 5 point, at the lower level the socialization of management( 3.92) is very high, the socialization of treatment(3.38) and the socialization of the faculty(2.93) It is similar to this study. Also Jung(2007)’s study has a similar results. The study is about socialization of living facility for the handicapped. Consider this, if we improve the socialization of living facility for the handicapped, we should develop the various desire for the welfare. Second, duty-satisfaction and the socialization of the facility have the correlation of the high feeling. At the lower level, socialization of facility has the correlation with feeling and all factor of duty-satisfaction, in case of the socialization of management, except the reward, all field show the correlation with feeling. Case of the socialization of faculty, except the reward and former occupation-change of occupation, most factors show the low correlation of the feeling. As the results, duty-satisfaction and the socialization of the facility has a clear correlation, above all prepare the good atmosphere for the colleague, institution policies, we can enhance the duty-satisfaction who work at facility and the socialization. And also, at the affect that duty-satisfaction to the handicapped facility, these factors: colleague, higher official, facility affect meaningfully. But reward, promotion, duty, former occupation- the change of occupation didn’t mean anything. And again, if the relation of colleague, systematic supervision of higher official and the reliability of the domestic and foreign become good, reward, promotion, related duty or the change of occupation don’t affect the socialization of the living facility for the handicapped. It can’t compare because there are not many previous study about the duty-satisfaction and the socialization of the facility, it has similar results like Lee(2003)'s study that tells relation of colleague, supervision of higher official, Park(2004)’s study also shows the affect the factor of duty and colleague. As consider the previous study’s results and this study’s results, we should help improve the relationship with co-workers and build the Reliability, the socialization of the facility also will improve. Through the study results, I want to suggest the practical plan. First, how duty-satisfaction affects the socialization of the facility for the handicapped, the factors for the duty-satisfaction, colleague factor was so powerful , so all workers discuss the plan or opinion through the formal or informal meeting, and have the goal for the better welfare service, the socialization of the facility for the handicapped will become the high level. Second, at the factors of duty-satisfaction, higher officials affect the duty, so ask the systematic supervision. And prepare the practical plan and the rules and follow them. The main issues of plan and rules are purpose expression, share the information, various man-power development and in-house staff development etc. But prepare the proper things for the facility because every facility has different issues. Third, we should build the support system for the facility not the control conceptual system. Control centered facility has uncomfortable atmosphere so it’s difficult to flexibility and adaptability to the exterior. So provide the education for the flexible attitude and values and they can challenge the skills and atmosphere. Like above all, we try to find and act the practical plan for the socialization of living facility for the handicapped, we can accomplish the society unification through the socialization.
