This study is to advanced model in Korea Sports system, the reform of the assemblage of Sports Organization, and to rearrange the background of examination, in 1968, significant group of Sports Organization decided to reorganize the structure and they revealed something, and in 1991 inside of The National Council Of Sport For All(NACOSA) started the discussion, and by this discussion it became well structured and every person was effectively assembled. Until now, the discussion of reorganization and by revealing an issue, the goal is to find a perfect answer to it. The results and suggestions are as follows:
1. The Japan Olympic Committee(JOC) not to guarantee the International Olympic Committee(IOC) constitution but to improve an international competition that had been sluggish. 2. Korea Sports Council(KSC) president who is bearing responsibility of this constructs position of the valued sports promotion of domestic from the international sports world and the Political combination of unification to build one's position. 3. From 1991 and even until now the sports organization group reorganized the logic of Korea Sports system and developed in order to construct an advanced nation style. 4. the IOC highly recommends the National Olympic Committee(NOC) to gain independence. Although the criteria given by the NOC, it could be quite a challenge for KOC to persuade and gain the independence due to the fact that NOCs did not show a strong opinion to KOC about it. 5. because JASA put an emphasis on the sports for all promotion, it causes a slump of the competition power, and taking their eyes off of a concentrated competition improvement strategy through the JOC for independence has persuasive power. But, in Korea, has a program that promotes elite sports, in order for KOC to become independent, KOC must persuade KSC to promote sports for all. By having KSC promote sports for all, and having the elite sport be specialized due to KOC being granted their independence, international competition power improvement probably will be done efficiently.
