The aim of this paper is examine the relevance between The song of property management(治産歌) and The questions and answers song in a Cottage(草堂問答歌). The Questions and answers song in a Cottage is representative moral Ga-sa(歌辭) in the nineteenth century. And this works is consists of 13 pieces and handed down many variants. This works have many disputed points which related to the author group and aim, theme, form of early works(variant), object of enlightenment etc. The Song of property management offer many answers about those problems.
The Song of property management was created by Sin Jae Hyo(申在孝 ; (1812∼1884)) who was a middle class and petty town official in the nineteenth century. This work is based on special variant of The questions and answers song in the Cottage. Because two works are almost same in various respect-aim, theme, object of enlightenment etc-. Judging from the examination about The Song of property management, I inquire that the author group of The Questions and answers song in the Cottage is not the specified class- rich common people or nobleman - but the rich(in especial landowner) who could maintain their property with ideological and economical stability of tenant farmer for a basis and all classes(rich common people, middle class, nobleman etc) included in this group.
