The purpose of this study was to provide investigate the general characteristics of aerobic dance injury and the preventing sports injuries as possible as we can and analysing causes and treatment of injuries which were already happened. To reach the following conclusion, total 150 (woman n=150)people who fat rate over 30% were randomly selected among aerobic dance club members. The researcher themselves looked into the data accumulated and organized with respect to frequency, daily probability, caused, types, and frequent parts of the injury. and also the researcher has taken a survey living in seoul. In order to compare and analysis these information gathered from each aerobic dancer about the injuries, questionnaires have been arranged on the studies of Whang(2006), Shin(2003), No(1996) and Batt (1992). Therefore, this source of questionnaires is believable with its high reliability. The statistic method in this study is frequency Analysis and χ2 test. Primary findings from this investigation includes the following. In the question items of injury prevention remedy among club members, It is important that warming up and exercise after playing. It shows that the fact warming up before playing aerobic and last exercise after playing aerobic helped a lot for prevention of injuries prevalent among aerobic exercise club members. In conclusion, it is difficult to deny the fact that the above elements are helpful to prevent injuries somewhat and aerobic dance members should take to playing aerobic dance considering all prevention ways.
