The ratios at the service industries of all the industries get over 60% in Gangwon-Do. But the tourists stay at the hotel or condominium which invested outlay rision capitals, the contributions which were the income of the peoples in Gangwon-Do very low.
Also, the rision law of the farming and fishing village reforms in 1999, a home stay excluded about the control have many kinds of problems. The home stays in Gangwon-Do have about 5,000 at the June 2001. But those always used in summer, unprepared of the institutions etc, the contributions which were the income of the peoples in Gangwon-Do. So, those concerned increasing of the income, fixing of the two holiday system in everyweeks, the strategy in e-Business should be prepared on this time.
Therefore, the measures of the demand sides should conduct on the Gangwon cyber home stay and the marketing strategies. The measures of the supply sides construct guide to make the Gangwon home stay society, carry out the grade system, and develop the Gangwon orignal home stay. The last, the administrative countmeasures should improve every administration about the home stay systems and establish the home stay laws in Gangwon-Do.
