It is said that tourist information centers have been recognized as an important part of the tourism promotional mix. Tourist information centers have played an important part in encouraging visitors to stay longer and to visit tourist attractions within the destination. The purpose of this study is to investigate the service evaluation and visitors profiles of tourist information center. The object of this study goes to some 235 visitors who stopped at tourist information center of Gimhae International Airport. The questionnaire has been used as a survey instrument containing 23 service evaluation variables and 8 demographic variables. Of the 300 questionnaires distributed, 235 were returned, for a 78.3% response rate. For analyzing the data it has been utilized factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, discriminant analysis, and chi-square test.
