This research aims to review the Labeled Scroll Spindles(題籤軸) excavated at Sungsan Mountain Fortress(城山山城) in Haman(咸安). It was a kind of document mark which drafter engraved or wrote for the document's title and its index. In the view of the reported 8 Labeled Scroll Spindles, I first argue the only 3 out of them as the correct Labeled Scroll Spindles. And I point out that there is no black inked-written documents in wooden goods of Yidu Chon(利豆村) with which the Labeled Scroll Spindles existing research pay attention. On such research premises I tried contrasting Labeled Scroll Spindles in Korea with Japan's as follow. I surveyed form and content of theirs, so that I could confirm the expected outcome that Labeled Scroll Spindles excavated in Sungsan Fortress showed more precursive Labeled Scroll Spindles than ancient Japan showed. On the assumption that Labeled Scroll Spindles was used under such circumstance, which circulated so called administrative documentation, I design that Labeled Scroll Spindles in Japan appeared in latter half of 7th century. Furthermore, I reviewed that how wooden tablets between Korea and Japan become the historical interface, including Labeled Scroll Spindles. So that I could note the Koreans who migrated into Japan. Because the Koreans experienced the political culture concerned character(文字) or the reign of law(律令) in ancient Korea, such as Peonho(編戶, organized household) and Jojeok(造籍, listing of household registers).
Chinese character(漢字) culture in the east Asia was introduced into neighboring countries through diplomatic relationship with China, and settled down or developed under the linguistic and literal circumstance of each nations. Although political and diplomatic relationship among Korea, Japan, and China caused to master Chinese character, cultural exchange of chinese character advanced in private interaction between people and people or between nation and nation. A comparative study of wooden tablet carry out among Korean, China, and Japan could be fully understand inside a such a context.
