The People's Republic of China has taken great change to adopt a reformative policy in economy from 1978.
Since 1978, China has opened doors to domestic market and adopted the socialistic market economy. Result of that policy, lots of industrial capital was flowed in foreign capital. And monopolistic enterprises has been appeared in the market, the market has been engrossed and controlled several companies.
Therefore the government authorities recognized necessity of anti-trust law to control the activity of enterprise in the market. China has been researched anti-trust since 1980, and In 1994, initiated a legislation of anti-trust law. As a consequence, the draft bill of Anti-trust law was accomplished.
This study searched into Anti-trust law of the People's Republic of China which is enacting lately. If this law will legislate, it will be established a new order in domestic market of China. And it will have an influence on the enterprises which are planning to make inroads into the branch in China.
Therefore it is necessary to make out Anti-trust law of the People's Republic of China. But details of the Anti-trust Law is unknown, because the government of China doesn't make public the draft.
This paper searched into the Anti-trust law of the People's Republic of China which is coming out into the open by this time.
