This study is based on multiple regression in order to prove the relationship between self-perception of body and engrossment according to yogis' training characteristics. In case of engrossment degree by sex and the 10 factors of physical self-perception, Male shows no difference but female shows the difference both in the engrossment degree and the 10 factors. The prediction about engrossment degree by age and physical self-conception shows that men in their twenties recognize endurance and flexibility, but in their thirties and forties generally receive physical perception most except for health and self-esteem. However, the perception of body concept regarding to engrossment degree in the body strength factors differs in age. Men in thirties show they pay attention to physical engrossment, but men in forties are interested in recognition engrossment. The body perception by the period of yoga training is explained differently in terms of each factor except for general body experience. Especially, body fat and self-esteem are high only in the group trained at least for 1 year. In the frequency of yoga training time in a week, people trained for 3 days a week feel similarity in endurance, physical activity, flexibility, muscular strength, and general body experience. And those who train for 4 days a week, say the same thing in terms of appearance, body fat, physical activity, flexibility, muscular strength, self-esteem, and general body experience are explained almost the same. However, the group working for more than 4 days a week shows that flexibility is related to recognition engrossment. And the group working for less than 4 days shows that only flexibility is related to recognition engrossment, but other factors are related to behavior engrossment. Analyzing the participating time for one leisure-time, the group working out less than one hour and half gains competence, endurance, body activity, flexibility, health, self-esteem, and general body experience. The group more than one hour and half feels endurance, body fat, physical activity, flexibility, self-esteem, and general body experience. In particular, the high participating intensity group is more concerned in competence and health than low participating intensity, but, on the contrary, the low participating group is interested in body fat more. In the case of flexibility and general body experience, the low participating group is more concerned in behavior engrossment, but recognition engrossment is more important in the high participating group.
