This study intended to find the self-concept of the body affected by ageds` attendance in various sports activities, and acquired the following conclusions First, according to the frequency of exercise, the self-concept of the body showed meaningful difference in sports competence, flexibility, physical activity, endurance, the whole body, health, self-respect, but nothing meaningful in physical fat & slenderness and appearance. Also, the group who exercised almost every day obtained the highest scores in sports competence, flexibility, physical activity, endurance, the whole body, appearance, but the group who just exercised once or twice a month obtained the highest scores in physical fat & slenderness and health and self-respect. Second, according to the period of exercise, the self-concept of the body showed meaningful difference in sports competence, flexibility, physical activity, endurance, the whole body, health, self-respect, but meaningless difference in physical fat & slenderness and appearance. Also, the group having exercised over five years obtained the highest scores in sports competence, flexibility, physical activity, endurance, the whole body, appearance, but the group having exercised just under one year obtained the highest scores in physical fat & slenderness and health and self-respect. Third, according the intensity of exercise, the self-concept of the body showed meaningful difference in sports competence, flexibility, physical activity, endurance, the whole body, health, but meaningless difference in physical fat & slenderness and appearance and self-respect. Also, as for the time of a single exercise, the group who exercised about two hours or so obtained the highest scores in physical competence, flexibility, endurance, and the whole body; the group of one hour and thirty minutes in physical activity and appearance and self-respect; the group of about half an hour in physical fat and health.
