This study is on 41 payers to have representative career out of the shooting players of industry. As for the factors of psychology technique, this researcher examined through the questionnaire of opening type at the time of practice and match by extracting 5 psychology factors after examining psychology method and preceding study included in methods out of factors classified into psychology technique in itself and methods for the development of psychology technique in the training of psychology technique of Vealey(1988). This researcher executed contents analysis by classifying into excellent players and general players at the time of practice and at the time of match in the questionnaire of opening type. As for the contents of psychology technique, 239 reactions at the time of practice situation at ordinary time and 245 reactions at the time of match situation were included in analysis subject. As the result of analysis of psychology technique of shooting players for 5 factors, they were classified into lower factors such as 6 categories of goal setting(100 units), 4 categories of anxiety control(89 units), 5 categories of image(92 units), 4 categories of physical relaxation(110 units), and 3 categories of sense(83 units). As the result that this researcher analyzed described contents, this researcher could find the point of sameness that excellent players display the strategy of psychology technique on the basis of shooting action or shooting technique. This means that the action and course of shooting are important so much, and also it reveals that there is limit in the psychological strategy of shooters. Thus, about these problems which appeared in the course of analysis, it is considered that a little more minute qualitative study will be necessary through the deep interview of subject individual in subsequent study.
