The purpose of this study is to suggest the practical recommendations for developing sound exchange program and total integration between W.T.F and I.T.F in both North and South Korea.
First, Both WTF and ITF should pursue a persistent efforts to have World Taekwondo Games. If this is not possible, South Korea should try to make a united team for both countries with the confidence.
Secondly, with the exchanging program, there should be much emphasis on womens, adapted, and youth Taekwondo relationship between two countries.
Considering North Korean economic situation, program should not be too enormous.
Thirdly, to make North Korea move toward more friendly situation, South Korea should make sound climate for further talk with North Korea. South Korean participants should be very careful for intimidating expression when they are with North Korean participants.
Finally, there should be some more productive ideas in relation to better relationship between two countries by both governing bodies in Taekwondo.
