We have concluded that among the the 353(214 men, 139 women)out of 723(487 men, 236 women)players taken from the Korean Squash Federation showed that ehwse 3 factors which lead to competitional unstablity shows different results as of their abilities during the game.
1. Cognitive State Anxiety
No matter of which sex, the amount of uneasiness came out to be almost the same. But the difference between the better players and the worse player group revealed that the worse was showing more anxiety.
Between two groups the numerical values showed quiet a difference(p＜.001), but did not show any distinction in sex(p＜.05).
2. Somatic State Anxiety
It showed a little amount of difference in men and women(menㆍwomen), but in the ability group(better and worse) the worse showed that they were more uneasier than the better.
We could not find much different values in men women. But again the ability group showed quiet a difference in the numerical values.
3. State Self Confidence
Women showed more self confidence than men. And also the better group showed more confidence than the worse.
Only little difference was found in sex(menㆍwomen), but the values between the two ability groups showed a pretty much of a difference(p＜.001).
But there was not much of a difference between the men-worse and the women-worse group(p＞.05).
