The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumption of satisfaction in relevance to characteristics of sports center by gender, age, education, income, occupation, using facilities each of sports center.
In order to determine this purpose, hypothesisses of the study were as follows ;
1) Sports center members will show a difference by satisfaction.
2) Satisfaction and condition for using facilities of sports center members will show a difference by swimming, health, bowling and golf.
3) Facilities of sports center will show a difference by condition for using.
The subject on this study were members (M : 91, F : 124) of the sports center in IncheonㆍKongkido.
The questionnaire used on this study was consumption satisfaction in relevance to characteristics of sports center members questionnaire. This was a modification of administration satisfactional characteristics of sports center members questionnaire developed by Moon sun ho(1994) and Lee yoo sung(l997). The reliability of the questionnaire was Cronbach' a = .7719.
The statistics used on this study were as follows ;
First, Frequency was used to analyze consumption satisfaction in relevance to characteristics of Sports Center Members.
Second, T - Test was used to analyze differences of Consumption Satisfaction in relevance to Characteristic of Sports Center Members by gender.
Third, one-way ANOVA was used to analyze differences of consumption satisfaction in relevance to characteristics of sports center members by age, education, income, occupation and condition for using facilities.
The results of this study was as follows ;
First, the consumption satisfaction in relevance to characteristics of sports center members was not differentiated by gender, education and income, but, was differentiated by age and occupation.
Second, satisfaction and condition for using facilities of sports center members will showed over 3.00, Golf was showed very high score.
Third, Satisfaction and condition for using facilities of sports center members frequency and using period was not difference.
