This study analyze the change of the rental price as long as the residential mobility of the redeveloping apartment and shows master plan of redeveloping apartment that is divided in the same land practiced gradually in the same area. As well as this study analyze the characteristics of the migration pattern of residents. Finally, the purpose of this study is to predict the changes of the housing price and to exhibit a basis aiding of the government to plan a housing policy. This study area is song-pa jamsi1 jugong4 apartment complexes that is the one of the largest low-density apartment regions in seoul. The way of this study is to understand a theory firstly and to figure out that it is different from preceding studies to this study. Above this study is examining the present conditions for the analysis of the change in the rental price by the residential mobility in the redeveloping apartment. A way of analysis process is investigating the characteristics of the migration pattern of residents and finding out changes in time and space of the rental price according to the residential mobility of the redeveloping apartment. The major findings through the analysis are as follows ; the rental price of the apartment according to the residential mobility is high if a number of households are moved. And if the rental price of the apartment is moved residing by redeveloping is going up, near apartment’s is rising at the same time.
