Report Errors
This paper provides the problems of apartment price in lotting out in Seoul. To Analysize apartment price, twenty apartment sites are adopted, and it is assumed that the land cost represents the value of lacation. To brief the conclusion, the more flexible controlsystem of apartment price considered Construction-Deflator is required. To get the stability of apartment price, the suppression of land cost is essential, and to improve the reliability of construction cost, the more accurate accounting sheets based on the real cost are demanded.
