The purpose of this study was to establish the demand forecasting model using disaggergate behavior modeling in order to predict conversion demand of the subway users due to subway construction and to furnish the needful basic data for the future subway construction and operation in Pusan. The important results obtained were as follow; Subway conversion demand forecasting model showed that accessibility of the mass transit had the great explanatory and the next was fare difference, and the third was the total travel time. Also the fitness of model was very high as much as 76.9%, p²values was relatively high as much as 0.70. Therefore this model proved to be the great explanatory and fitness.
The future research problems are to devise a proper measures minimizing the sampling error by time-space constraints of the residents around subway and to establish the model for the trip pattern such as shopping and recreation, etc.
