This study is based on the investigation of the actual conditions of management and the comparative analysis of related actions of parks and green spaces in local autonomous entities (six cities). For conducting this research, questionnaires were used.
The research findings are summarized as follows and they could be use for improving the quality of management systems of urban parks and green spaces.
The limit of budgetary appropriation and management case, composition ratio of '94 all cities budget is Seoul(2.3%), InCheon(2.0%), DaeGu(1.6%), KwangJu(1.2%), Busan(0.7 %), DaeJeon (0.1%).
A tending increase and decrease for the every each year of Seoul, '90(3.0%), '91(2.2%), '92(1.9%), '93(1.7%), '94(1.5%) it seem to be decreasing in order. A method raising a fund of the green in DaeJeon supplied a model for other cities.
In case of the management project, a general approaching method was preserved the system of direct management. It was under the control of management project on an year plan without long term plans. So, management standard according to the specificity of subject of management green area of National Parks and Community Parks was insufficient. The management area of urban parks per an forester depends upon number, type and specificity of parks differed. So, it was increasing in following in the end of 1994 : order KwangJu(649.1㎢), InCheon (329.7㎢), DaeGu(265.9㎢), DaeJeon (190.0㎢), Seoul(130.9㎢) and Busan(114.6㎢) in end of 1994.
In case of the analysis of consciousness tendency, the value of average was displayed high result : time appropriation of policy project(4.24), unreality of management project(3.51), emphasis of material project(3.47) and etc. However, the value of average was displayed low result : policy efficiency(2.28), proposal reflection(2.31) and parks and green space policy management familiarity(2.46).
In evaluative model analysis, policy effectiveness, impractical consistency in policy object, proposal reflection, management planning variable of secure budget and practical use and etc. have on influence.
