According to the housing-level improvement under the economic growth, here, we present the problems and their solution for the on-the-spot improvement programme through the understanding of satisfaction in residents with the effects of the programme.
We, now, come to the conclusions as follows.
First, a concentrated investment to the urgent area according to the priority order is highly recommended rather than the synchronized way.
Second, the changes for the worse in sunshine is prevented effectively through the graded application, not the equal regulation.
Third, a secured parking lot and its establishment by public institution is obligatory, in consideration of parking problem.
And fourth, it is suggested to enable to all renter to receive equal benefit, considering the worse relationship between neighbours.
