This paper proposes the process of feasibility evaluation with which enterprise make a resolution. In the point of the profitability be contributed to the enterprise, to execute any urban renewal project or not. In korea, The Urban Renewal Projects are, for the huge fund to execute and the difficulties in procedure to execute, being initiated mostly by private. Especially, big enterprises have taken part in the Urban Renewal Project provided that. it is expected as to be profitable through the feasibility test.
To get the feasibility evaluation, investment variables and profit variables are established, when the balance between the total investment variables and the profit variables gains more than the interest accured in the loan from the banks, than the project can be regarded as the profitable project in the aspect of the managerial accounting.
As a method to test abovementioned hypothesis, an optioned distirct and MA-PO RO 2 GA district No.7, in which the Urban Renewal Project has been finished already, are adopted.
The feasibility test by utilizing the variables to any project area can be resolved and decided through the profit evaluation process on the point of the managing and controlling the earnings and profit.
