After 1960, investment in transportation was preponderated in special area for the urban basis expansion with macro economic development strategy.
Because of this, such social problems occurred in Pusan Metro - Area as enormous economic loss, excessive induction of transportation accident, too many energy consumption and quality deterioration of residential area with environmental debasement.
To solve this problem essentially, it demands establishment of comprehensive, transportation policy by the government, consideration of relative importance of national transportation mixing in regional transportation, establishment of investment priority and securing financial resources in investment.
This study considered financial resources for the investment of future transportation as the main theme of transportation policy in the main street.
This study figures out the method for the appropriation of shortage in ninty eight billion won for construction and expansion of urban main street from 1991 to 2010 in the Pusan metropolitan area.
