The purpose of this study is to analyze certification indicator factor having significant effect on the price of ordinary multi-family housing having similar condition in the same region as multi-family housing which is considered to be environment-friendly housing. The range of this study is limited to Seoul and the national capital region as environment-friendly housing, and to housings having similar condition(region, scale, period) in the same region as ordinary housing, the subject for the comparison. The methods for this research are as the followings. The first one is to drive the main design criterion for four different indicator factors: Land use and transportation, Energy resources and Environment load, Ecology environment, and Indoor environment. The second is to analyze which certification indicator factor was the main factor for the determination of the price of houses by comparing each certification indicator factor of environment-friendly housing and ordinary multi-family housing. The conclusion drawn from this study is to evaluate, analyze, and provide the information about how certification indicator factor related to land use and transportation had an effect on the price of environment-friendly housing and ordinary multi-family housing, and to suggest the research theme to be solved in the future.
