The purpose of this study is to explain that principles of conversation depend on the cultural acceptability. The principles of conversation don't have Universal features that can be applied to any language. Grice's Conversational Maxim and Leech's Principles of Politeness are so idealistic that is difficult to apply for analysing the real conversation. People don't cooperate each other always in real conversation and don't try to polite to other people who meet first time in general. Therefore, the analysis of conversation carry through according to the situation of conversation. The conversation is motivated by desire which one wants to accomplish their thought. So they want to speak to other people with thier desire at first. Their own desire is suppressed by situation of conversation unconsciously. If two people communicate each other very well, they might be understood situation of conversation well. The situation of conversation based on specific culture. After all, principles of conversation depend on cultural acceptability.
