본 연구는 체조 코칭 행동범주가 선수만족에 미치는 영향을 구명함을 목적으로 설정하여 2004년도 대한체조협회에 등록된 중학교, 고등학교, 대학?일반 남ㆍ여 체조선수들을 대상으로 하였다. 코칭 행동범주는 설명지도, 질문지도, 긍정적 피드백, 부정적 피드백, 관리지도로 나누었고, 선수만족의 하위변인으로는 과제수행 만족, 사회적 상호작용 만족, 코치의 지도성 만족으로 나누어 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 내렸다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 코칭 행동범주 중 설명지도, 질문지도, 긍정적피드백, 관리지도는 남자가 부정적피드백은 여자가 높게 나타났으며, 선수만족은 남자가 여자보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 소속에 따른 코칭 행동범주 중 설명지도, 질문지도는 남자중학생과 남자고등학생이, 긍정적피드백과 관리지도는 남자고등학생과 남자중학생이, 부정적피드백은 여자고등학생과 여자중학생이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 선수만족 중 과제수행만족은 남자대학생, 남자중학생과 남자고등학생이 가장높게 나타났으며, 코치지도 만족은 남자중학생, 남자고등학생과 남자대학생이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 입상경력에 따른 코칭 행동범주중 설명지도, 긍정적피드백은 7회이상 입상경력이 높게 나타났고 부정적피드백은 입상경력 4~6회입상이 높게 나타났으며, 선수만족 중 과제수행만족은 입상경력 7회이상입상과 4~6회입상이 높게 나타났으며, 사회적 상호작용만족과 코치지 도만족은 입상경력 7회이상이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 코칭 행동범주가 선수만족에 미치는 영향은 과제수행만족에서 설명지도, 관리지도가, 사회상호작용만족에는 관리지도, 긍정적피드백이, 코치지도만족에서는 설명지도, 긍정적피드백, 부정적피드백, 관리지도가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of gymnastics coaching behavior category on the satisfaction of athlete. The findings will give some basic reference to gymnastics coaching method. The subjects of this study were middle school gymnasts, high school gymnasts, university gymnasts in Korea gymnastics association. Coaching behavior category was classified into explanation directions, question directions, positive feedback, negative feedback and administration directions. Satisfaction of athlete was classified into task achievement satisfaction, social interaction satisfaction and coaching directions satisfaction variable. The results of these researches are as follows. first, In explanation directions, question directions, positive feedback, and administration directions, male gymnasts were higher than female gymnasts. but female gymnasts were higher than male gymnasts in negative feedback of the coaching behavior category. In all parts of satisfaction of athlete, male gymnasts were higher than female gymnasts. second, Male middle school and high school gymnasts were higher in explanation directions and question directions, male high school and middle school gymnasts were higher in positive feedback, male high school, middle school, and university gymnasts were higher in administration directions. but female high school, middle school gymnasts were higher negative feedback. but Male university, middle school, high school gymnasts higher in task achievement satisfaction and male middle school, high school and university gymnasts were higher in coaching directions satisfaction. third, gymnasts who had experience winning more than 7time prizes were higher in explanation directions and positive feedback of coaching behavior category, gymnasts who had experience winning 4~6time prizes were higher in negative feedback of coaching behavior category. gymnasts who had experience winning more than 7time prizes and gymnasts who had experience winning 4~6time prizes were higher in task achievement satisfaction gymnasts who experience winning more than 7time prizes were higher in social interaction satisfaction and coaching directions satisfaction of athlete. forth, explanation directions and administration directions had a positive influence on task achievement satisfaction. and positive feedback and administration directions, had a positive influence on social interaction satisfaction.
