Undergradute student's mechanical designing and building capabilities are getting more important these days from the respect of reinforcing actual capabilities and creativity for small formula-style racing cars. The restrictions on the car frame and engine are limited so that the knowledge, creativity, and imagination of the students are challenged. The cars are built with a team effort over a period of about one year and are taken to the annual competition for judging and comparison with approximately 120 other vehicles from 140 team universities throughout the world.
That's why Association of Automobile Research inter-university in Korea (AARK) Formula 125 Competition & Formula SAE is very good opportunity for students who are majoring engineering. We have designed the vehicle by Computer Aided Design Tool and from the help of books and papers. After designing, we have done many experiments to verify our design and make the design more reliable. If a problem was occurred we found a solution and added these results and experiences in the design to make up a better version.
