This paper is an analysis of RDOS(Realtime Disk Operating System) for NOVA & Eclipse mini-computer. RDOS is a dual programming and multitasking realtime executive with memory management. Particular emphasis is placed on handling of both user and system tasks with necessary data bases. Setting up of tasks, their scheduling and, in case of an I/O task, interaction with interrupt system is examined.
