In order for a Christian college to properly mission, it must have a firm identity as a Christian college. The identity of the Christian college must be found in the founding goals and the founding reason. Changshin College opened courses on its second campus in Guam-dong in September, 2003, providing an opportunity to further grow from the history of development in campus number one. The prestige it has so far acquired can be attributed to God's blessing. By opening a new era in campus number two, Changshin College is ready to announce to the public the history of God's holy intervention in the school's strong development. To make the best of establishing campus number two, the school will have to continuously work on maintaining and reinstating its true identity as a Christian foundation. I have here in my thesis examined and compared the missionary activities and strategies that the chaplains of six Christian universities have installed. By the results of my analysis, I come to suggest the following new missionary strategies for Changshin College: 1. Christian educational goals should be fmnly established. 2. The atmosphere as a Christian college should be created on campus. 3. Christian ideas should be adopted in the care of students living in the dormitory and. from abroad 4. The school's constituents should strengthen their mission ideas and Christian spirits. 5. The missionary activities should be shifted from an outward to an inward drive, that is, instead of making an effort to go out for mission work, Changshin College should accommodate mission work for those already on campus. 6. Enliven the school's church. College ministry should not just be the responsibility of the chaplain's office, but rather the whole college should be involved in this missionary.
