A spiritual leadership is one of service. This point is a Biblical lesson that goes without Question throughout all the ages, in all the countries and is pertinently insisted upon in Christ's church. There is no doubt that we need more explanation about sincerely serving others. What is a sincerely serving others? Sometimes, it treats by humble and gentle attitude to anyone. Or it fills other's necessities. But. sometimes it blames to deliver other people by truth. This writing is tendencious by examining what leadership is: that to serve sincerely through Paul's spiritual leadership. Paul shows full life to the truth of the Gospel by portraying leadership as sincere service through the event that withstood Peter to the face in Antioch. We are going to observe an outline of the text of Gal. 2: 11-14 that is so-called "the Antioch event" to clear these points. We are also going to detect temptations met during Paul's leadership in Antioch. Firstly, there was a temptation with a wrong contextualization. Secondly, there was a problem concermng authority, because Peter was the leader of the early church and he was older than Paul. Thirdly, there was a temptation of union without the truth. But, currently Paul's leadership was most enlightened. Paul surely taught spiritual leadership. A Characteristic of Paul's spiritual leadership is that it was filled with the truth of the Gospel. It appears in two ways. Firstly, he tried the right contextualization. Secondly, he showed consistency of faith and action. So, A.B. Du Toit speaks that the heroic role of Paul reached the climax in the Antioch event.
