The aim of this article is to contribute to nourish the well brought-up youth by offering the shorthanded facilities for the youth and utilizing highly the resource and manufacturing the youth cultural field in the community circle.
The method of the study is to survey the books and analyize excellent cases and consult the persons related to this affairs. The youth facilities of our country is much shorthanded as much as 1-9 pyung per a person and a spot a 6,857 person, so that it is 9 percent comparing the J anpan. To fix up such shortage with insufficient investment, One of the ways is to take advantage of the domestic 34,084 churches.
We have been making use of 109 churches corresponding to 0.3 percent of those in advance.
In the article I propose the following some ideas.
First, we make up the committee consisted of several region representatives and the establishers or the officers for the youth policy. And they try to develop and grope for the cocrete practical methods.
Second, the government of our country induce to each denomination to select and train the leaders for the adolescence and pay the wages to them.
Third, the local self government bears expenses costed to open the churches as the youth facilities.
Fourth, each regional group defrays expenses costed to use the equipments, and make the best of the volunteers
Fifth, churches contribute to integrate the inhabitants and form the common conciousness by opening the place an day long.
Sixth, also we develop the various interesting programs and propell the study for the youth culture of the regingnal community.
I believe that if we set up the ethical and functional aim like this and lead to the adolescence and youth as demo cratic citizen, well achieve them to promote well brougth-up adolescence and youth.
