This study aims at searching for the profit-oriented operational methods in agricultural tourism. Tourist agriculture is an agriculture in view of farmers while agricultural is in view of tourist. This study accomplished with a view to the latter.
The agricultural tourism has many positive effects. especially the best one is a "activating the rural economic" through making the resources unsued resources(or farmland) in the rural area. The representative case is a tourism farmland(include natural farmland, etc) and this study tried case study with Hae-un natural farmland in Yang-san.
While there are several problems in the agricultural tourism. Especially they are lack of know-how or knowledge about operational methods, managerial technique, operational funds, and the future prospects in top managements, and so on.
To maintain and operation of agricultural tourism with going concern through ensuring stable profitability, at first top managements needs awakening their real position and situation, and then they have to research profitable methods and develop them more technically.
