In Korea the demand for the vacation farms is a little compared to the volume of them. In order to increase the demand for them and make a profit from them, proper potential recreation attractions should be examined and desirable recreation facilities provided.
In this study, the criterion for providing desirable recreation facilities was suggested. In the first step, tourism attractions were examined. The second step, the locations of the vacation farms were checked. The third step, the condition which the land was used in was looked into. The final step, the ownership of the land was examined in legal. Following the four steps above, the case of Seoun Dongsan was studied. Without the vast capital investment, the profit of Seoun Dongsan will be increased, adding to some recreation activities. For example, riding a mule, which is the most popular activities in other case, can be performed on the walking road with the beautiful view in the site. The fishing or throwing the net can be introduced in brook to induce the family with children. First of all, however, the most attraction is the hospitality of the host and the continuous management of facilities.
Providing recreation activities can make the vacation farms profitable ideal business. if only not shrinking from the legal restriction (or interference) but using the legal support.
