Color can stir up the feeling and the thinking of the human inside. and create the impression such as movement and life. warmness and coldness, distantness and nearness. Especially, it can stimulate the sensuous, aesthetic delight. The study of importing Color into the architectural environment started since the 1830s. It was recognized that Color is the strongest media for the decorative art, and Color to Architecture has the same importance as Structure to Architectural effect.
This study will research and analyze tile examples of this application based on tile theoretical study of Color. By doing this. it intends to lay tile foundation of the Design Methodology for using Color actively starting from tile stage of tile architectural design.
