Various algorithms have been developed to control the lateral
displacement of tall buildings. The development of existing
control algorithm starts from the premise that the characteristics
of structure are known. But many assumptions are included in the
model on which such a structural control algorithms are based and
using such a model bring about many uncertaninties in its
result. In this study we proposed to use statistical model and
control algorithm using this a model to overcome such an uncertainty
and showed the potential of this algorithm by computer simulation.
