This study considers organizations'' members as the research object and examines the effect of positive psychological capital on innovative actions and job burnout. This study will also mediating effect of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the moderating effect of organizational support on positive psychological capital, innovative actions, and job burnout.
For the purpose of this research, SPSS 24 was conducted on organizations'' employees to study the frequency and factor analysis, trust analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for confirmatory verification. The results obtained from the research objects confirmed the positive(+) influence of positive psychological capital to three factors, including self-efficacy, optimism, and resilience; the negative(-) effects of positive psychological capital on job burnout. The study also confirmed the intermediary effect of organizational citizenship behavior and moderating effect of organization support on innovative behaviors and job burnout.
The result of this research confirmed that, based on individuals'' positive psychology, the organizational citizenship behavior and organizational support affect innovative behavior and job burnout. Therefore, to convert positive psychology into innovative behaviors, an organization''s members must work altruistically, while supportive organizational citizenship behavior and organizational support are indispensable.
