본 연구에서는 골프지도자의 직업 정체성에 도움이 되기 위한 마케팅 전략을 제시하기 위한 방안으로 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 역할 및 방향성 정보를 제공하는데 의미를 두었다. 특히 골프지도자에게 고객의 충성도에 따라 직업 기간이 결정되기 떄문에 고객충성도를 높이는데 초점을 두었으며 골프지도자와 고객 간의 신뢰, 라포형성행동, 그리고 운동몰입 과정을 연계시켜 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 라포형성행동, 운동몰입 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향력을 규명하는데 목적을 두었으며 이러한 과정에서 골프지도자의 등급에 따른 조절효과를 검증하여 세부적인 정보를 창출시키는데 의미를 두어 수행하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경기(3), 경인(1), 충남(3) 지역 7곳의 실외 골프연습장의 아마추어 골퍼를 모집단으로 선정한 다음, 편의표본추출법을 적용시켜 189명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 사전검사를 통해 인구통계학적 6문항, 커뮤니케이션 스타일 14개 문항, 라포형성행동 8개 문항, 운동몰입 8개 문항, 고객충성도 7개 문항으로 구성된 질문지를 완성시켜 자기평가 기입법을 적용하여 자료를 수집하였고 연구문제에 맞게 통계적 분석을 적용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 골프지도자의 성별에 따라 커뮤니케이션 스타일, 라포형성행동, 운동몰입, 고객충성도에서 통계적 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 연령대에서는 라포형성행동의 즐거운 관계 요인에서 통계적 차이를, 평균소득에서는 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 감
정이입 요인에서, 고객충성도의 구전의도 요인에서 통계적 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 골프지도자등급에서는 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 주장설득력, 감정이입 요인에서 차이를, 라포형성행동에서는 즐거운 관계 요인에서 차이를, 운동몰입은 인지 및
행위몰입 요인에서 통계적 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 주장설득력 요인이 라포형성행동의 즐거운 관계에 정(+)적 영향력을 미치며 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 전문성 및 주장 설득력 요인은 라포형성행동의 개인적 유대감에 유의한 영향력을 미쳐 골프지도
자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 라포형성행동에 부분적 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.
셋째, 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 주장설득력 요인이 운동몰입의 행위몰입에 정(+)적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타나 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 운동몰입에 부분적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.
넷째, 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일의 주장설득력 요인이 고객충성도의 지도자 만족 및 구전의도 요인에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 고객충성도에 부분적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인
되었다.
다섯째, 골프지도자의 라포형성행동의 즐거운 관계 및 개인적 유대감이 인지몰입 요인에, 그리고 라포형성행동의 즐거운 관계는 행위몰입 요인에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되어 골프지도자의 라포형성행동이 운동몰입에 부분적 영
향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.
여섯째, 골프지도자의 라포형성행동의 즐거운 관계는 고객충성도의 지도자만족 및 구전의도 요인에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있어 골프지도자의 라포형성행동이 고객충성도에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.
일곱째, 골프지도자의 운동몰입의 행위몰입이 고객충성도의 지도자 만족 및 구전의도 요인에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있어 골프지도자의 운동몰입이 고객충성도에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.
여덟째, 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 라포형성행동에 관련성을 보였으며, 운동몰입이 고객 충성도에 영향을 미치고 있어 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 라포형성행동, 운동몰입 및 고객충성도에 미치는 인과관계는 성립되지 않는 것으로 규명되었다.
아홉째, 골프지도자의 등급에 따른 조절효과에서는 골프지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 라포형성행동에 미치는 경로에서 골프지도자의 등급(투어프로/프로)에 따라 영향력에서 차이를 보였으며, 운동몰입이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향력에서
도 차이를 보여 골프지도자의 등급에 따른 부분적 조절효과를 입증하였다.
