본 연구는 엘리트 대학축구선수들을 대상으로 8주간 파워 트레이닝
프로그램이 운동능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 파워 트레이
닝 프로그램은 연구대상자들에게 8주간 주 3회씩 1회 60분간으로 실
시하였다. 본 연구대상자들은 엘리트 대학축구 선수 24명을 선정하였
으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 근력에서는 고관절 좌측의 외전?
내전?신전?굴곡력 그리고 우측의 외전?내전?신전력에서 상호작용효과가
유의하게 나타났다. 등속성 근 기능에서는 좌측의 굴곡과 신전 그리고
우측의 굴곡에서 상호작용 효과가 유의하게 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그
리고 최대파워는 1st, 2nd에서 상호작용 효과가 유의하게 나타났으며
젖산 회복기 30분에서 상호작용 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 축
구선수에 있어서 8주간 파워 트레이닝은 고관절 주위의 근력, 대퇴부
등속성 근 기능, 무산소성 파워 및 혈중젖산농도 회복에 긍정적인 효과를 줄 수 있는 것으로 시사되었다.
