본 연구는 우리나라 고등학생을 대상으로 부모애착과 청소년 안녕감 간
의 관계에서 청소년-부모 진로일치와 진로결정 자기효능감이 매개효과를
나타내는지를 알아보고, 본 연구의 모형이 남?여 청소년에게 동일하게 적
용 가능한지를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 부모애착에서 청소년-부
모 진로일치로 가는 경로, 청소년-부모 진로일치에서 진로결정 자기효능감
으로 가는 경로, 진로결정 자기효능감에서 청소년 안녕감으로 가는 직·간접
경로로 구성한 연구모형을 설정하였다.
연구진행을 위해 교육통계서비스(2016)의 전국 지역별 고등학교 학생 수
비율을 참조하여 전국 5개 권역으로부터 일반계 고등학생 1, 2학년으로부터
846부의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로
그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 모형분석은 측정모형 검증과 구조모형 검증의
2단계 접근법을 적용하였으며, 간접효과의 검증을 위해 부스트랩
(Bootstrap)기법을 사용하였다.
본 연구의 최종적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 설정한본 연구는 우리나라 고등학생을 대상으로 부모애착과 청소년 안녕감 간
의 관계에서 청소년-부모 진로일치와 진로결정 자기효능감이 매개효과를
나타내는지를 알아보고, 본 연구의 모형이 남?여 청소년에게 동일하게 적
용 가능한지를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 부모애착에서 청소년-부
모 진로일치로 가는 경로, 청소년-부모 진로일치에서 진로결정 자기효능감
으로 가는 경로, 진로결정 자기효능감에서 청소년 안녕감으로 가는 직·간접
경로로 구성한 연구모형을 설정하였다.

둘째, 부모애착의 질이 높을수록 청소년과 부모의 진로일치도가 증가하
고, 청소년-부모 진로일치가 높아지면 청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로결정 자기효능감이 높아지면 궁극적으로 청소년 안녕감까지 높아지는 매개효과가 성립하였다. 부모애착이 청소년 안녕
감에 미치는 직접효과 역시 정적으로 유의미하게 나타난 바, 부모애착은 청소년-부모 진로일치와 진로결정 자기효능감을 매개로 청소년 안녕감으로 이어지는 간접경로와 직접경로를 통해 청소년 안녕감을 직· 간접적으로 높
이는 것으로 확인되었다.
셋째, 남?여별 다집단 분석 결과, 구조모형의 수용을 위한 기준을 모두
충족시켰고, 경로들이 모두 유의하였다. 또한 경로계수의 방향성에 있어서
도 모두 동일하게 나타나 남녀 모두 부모애착의 질이 좋아지면 청소년-부
모 진로 일치가 높아지고, 이에 따라 진로결정 자기효능감이 높아져 청소년
안녕감까지 높아지는 효과가 동일한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
본 연구에서는 부모애착이 청소년 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대한 경로를
확인하였고, 청소년 안녕감을 촉진하기 위해서는 진로결정 자기효능감을 키
워주어야 하며, 부모와의 진로일치 여부를 파악할 필요성이 있음을 보여주
었다는데 의의가 있다. 아울러 본 연구모형이 남녀별 집단에서 동일하게 적
용될 수 있음을 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과의
제한점과 제언에 대해 논의하였다.
