In this study, we have analyzed effectiveness of rural field forum and figured out the current of among factors influence through causality test among effectiveness components by applying DAG theory.
As for the rural field forum effectiveness, total effect of rural field forum was +3.64. It means rural field forum has quite positive effect. Also effect of subtleties was analyzed that has quite big effect.
Through causality test about effect factor, this study distinguished intensive factor to increase the effectiveness of specific effect factor. First factor which is affected total effectiveness of rural field forum was ‘the cognition for village community’ and ‘village resource awareness’. Also total effectiveness was affected ‘degree of interest in public village business’, ‘interaction increasing between the residents’, ‘forum and participation in education for village business’, ‘discovery of village color and developing way’ and ‘satisfaction of established rural development plan’.
This study could have secured validity and appropriateness of policy by analysing effectiveness of rural field forum. By analysing causality of effect factor, this study has a signification because it offers guideline for policy alternative arrangements.
