Three Eum and Three Yang is a one of most important concepts of Oriental Medicine And Gae-Hap-Chu(開闔樞) is Lower concept of Three Eum and Three Yang but it is not clear yet. So to increase the understanding of Gae-Hap-Chu(開闔樞) I analyzed by the study of the past reasearch.
Research approach is to consider the philology around『Somun(素問)·Eumyang-ihamnon(陰陽離合論)』, 『Somun(素問)· Piburon(皮部論)』,
『Yeongchu(靈樞)·Geungyeol(根結)』. Target figures of authority is Wang Bing(王?), Yang Sangseon(楊上善), Wang Gi(汪機), Ma Si(馬蒔), O Gon(吳崑), Jang Gyeongak(張景岳), Ga Geum(柯琴), Seok Sudang(石壽棠).
Because Gae(開) and Gwan(關) in Sanghannon(傷寒論) viewed as a unified concepts, Recent studies were a lot of effort to integrate the two concepts. And begun to discuss in more detail the relationship between Gae-Hap-Chu(開闔樞). But the clinical application still require much research.
